IMFORMED is diligently monitoring the situation, assimilating advice from relevant authorities, and assessing contingencies regarding the latest developments with the coronavirus (Covid-19).
On balance of evidence to date and feedback from the market we have decided that the right decision is to postpone the following Forums:

Oilfield Minerals Forum moved to 25-27 May 2021
Oilfield Minerals & Markets Forum 2020, 8-10 June 2020 – the new dates are 25-27 May 2021 FULL DETAILS.

China Refractory Minerals Forum moved to 15-17 March 2021
Owing to concerns over travel to China this year and rescheduling of IREFCON 2020 to Sept. 2020 further congesting this period with refractory related events, we have decided to reschedule China Refractory Minerals Forum to 15-17 March 2021 FULL DETAILS.

Until further notice, we shall be implementing a range of simple and sensible measures to help minimise any risk, however slight, with which we seek our delegates’ kind co-operation, namely:
Please refrain from shaking hands with each other; we can replace with greetings including nods, waves, “arm bumps” on this occasion.
Delegates will be provided with hand sanitisers and tissues; please ensure their abundant use and proper disposal of used tissues
Please wash hands regularly and generally avoid physical contact as much as possible
Please be alert to protecting each other by covering any coughs and sneezes followed by hand washing
Please avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
BEFORE EVENT: If you feel ill (high temperature, coughs, shortness of breath) or have recently visited one of the serious outbreak countries (China, South Korea, Italy) please refrain from attending the event until you have been cleared to travel by a health authority.
DURING EVENT: If you take ill please
1. immediately return to your bedroom for self-isolation until further instruction
