IMFORMED’s Salt Forum 2025 took place in the Abu Dhabi InterContinental last week attracting 100 attendees from 34 countries, active in all stages of salt supply and demand.

A wide range of key topics were presented by world experts over a day and half, with plenty of time for the all-important networking.

A convivial Welcome Reception ensured all delegates got to know each other on the eve of the Forum. IMFORMED was most honoured to receive the Ambassador of Mexico to the UAE, His Excellency Luis Alfonso de Alba, pictured next to Mike O’Driscoll in the third image left to right, with members of ValjimCo, Mexico.

 

Vladimir Sedivy, President, Salt Partners Ltd, supervised his Salt Masterclass preceding the conference; and was accompanied by his wife Erica and daughter Isabella.
