To give participants a comprehensive introduction and overview of the salt industry.

The seminar will be useful for anyone new to the industry or old hands wishing to update their knowledge.

Equally useful for people from salt production, processing, refining, trading, equipment manufacturing, plant design and other services.

Also useful to those in downstream sectors such as chloralkali electrolysis, where salt is an essential raw material.

No prior technical or commercial knowledge is required.
The seminar is intended as a free questions-and-answers forum. Participants are encouraged to bring forward any subject of interest occurring to them before and during the seminar.
Participants are expected to express their own views and to oppose any statement expressed by anyone, as they feel appropriate.
