Interest in the Forum has been building daily with an already impressive array of attending companies looking forward to hearing about the latest trends and developments in industrial minerals supply chain logistics.

The programme has been structured so that delegates can acquire a full appreciation of the mineral logistics market from the viewpoints of the three primary industrial mineral supply chain stages: mineral supplier, mineral trader, and mineral end user.

Among other topics, key focus areas include logistics for refractory minerals, glass making minerals, and mineral sands, importing minerals from China, and innovations in silo truck transport.

Proceedings commence with a convivial Welcome Reception hosted by the Rotterdam Port Promotion Council and Port of Rotterdam at the Wereldmuseum at 1800 on Thursday 23 April 2015.

The following day, Friday 24 April 2015, sees Thierry Salmona, Chief Technical Officer, Imerys, kick off the presentation programme with the keynote “Industrial Minerals Today and Tomorrow”.
